Our Mission is Simple: Reveal the Truth. Serve with Integrity.

A Message from Victor Ricondo, Founder & Marine Veteran

Choosing a partner to handle your business services isn’t just a financial decision—it’s a matter of trust. In an industry often filled with fine print, hidden fee structures, and deceptive practices, Revelation Business Solutions & Consulting was built to be a direct alternative: an honest partner that puts people over corporate profits.

From the Frontlines to the Frontlines of Business

My entire life has been defined by service, discipline, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

  • The Military & Investigation Background: As a Marine Veteran, former Military Police Officer, and former Private Investigator, I was trained to look for details that others miss, adapt to shifting challenges, and operate with absolute transparent integrity.
  • 20+ Years of Business Ownership: I’ve signed the front of checks, navigated overhead, and managed payroll. I built and operated Faith Power Washing and M6:33 Facility Services Inc. from scratch, growing those operations to over $1.6 million in annual sales and serving hundreds of clients.

Learning from the Highs—and the Lows

I don’t just understand success; I understand the heavy burden and ultimate realities of entrepreneurship. Along the journey of scaling my previous companies, we made mistakes—expensive ones. I know exactly what it feels like to face razor-thin margins, equipment breakdowns, and high overhead.

Following a life-changing tragedy in 2017, we had to close our doors. That hard season deeply reshaped my perspective on life, resilience, and business. I emerged with a profound understanding that cash flow is king and integrity is everything.

Why I Walked Away to Start Revelation

In 2020, I entered the merchant services industry and quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top 10 National Sales Producer. However, the higher I climbed, the more corporate deception I discovered. I watched processing companies place their profits above the very people they were supposed to be serving.

I couldn't stand by and watch small business owners get taken advantage of by hidden fees and rigid, one-size-fits-all contracts. So, I walked away from the corporate perks and founded Revelation.

"As a Marine, I learned to improvise, adapt, and overcome. As your merchant services consultant, I promise that you will always know exactly what you are paying for."

Who We Serve Today

Today, we proudly support over 100 clients with local, relationship-driven service. We don't rely on aggressive, blind sales tactics; in fact, 90% of our growth comes directly from client referrals.

We partner with multiple processing platforms so we can tailor the absolute best point-of-sale systems, merchant accounts, business funding, and operational protections directly to your specific workflow. We aren't here for a fast transaction—we are here to build a long-term partnership that helps your business win.

I'm Victor Ricondo, founder of Revelation Business Solutions & Consulting.

Long before entering the merchant services industry, I was a United States Marine, a private investigator, a husband, a father, and a business owner. I've experienced the rewards of building a successful company from the ground up — and the adversity of losing what I built and having to start over.

Those experiences shaped who I am, and they're a big part of why Revelation exists: to help business owners understand their payment processing costs, identify unnecessary expenses, and choose solutions that fit the way they actually operate.

San Antonio Roots and the Marine Corps

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, where I learned the importance of faith, family, hard work, discipline, and service.

I served in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer. The Corps reinforced principles that have stayed with me ever since: leadership, accountability, perseverance, integrity, and Semper Fidelis — Always Faithful.

But some of my greatest lessons came after I took off the uniform.

From Marine to Private Investigator

After the Marine Corps, my path led me into private investigations, where I worked for roughly 10 years.

Investigative work taught me to listen carefully, ask the right questions, examine the facts, identify inconsistencies, solve problems, and notice details others overlook. I didn't realize it at the time, but those skills would become invaluable in business.

Eventually, though, I wanted to build something of my own.

Building a Business, One Vehicle at a Time

I started Faith Power Washing while still working as a private investigator. For nearly three years I lived two professional lives: investigator by day, washing vehicles at night.

There was nothing glamorous about it. I took the jobs I could get, earned referrals, built relationships, reinvested, and kept going. After about three years of working both, the business had grown enough for me to leave investigations and become a full-time entrepreneur.

What began with washing vehicles grew into Faith Power Washing and later M6:33 Facility Services, Inc. — a company that reached approximately $1.6 million in annual sales.

I learned business from the ground up, not from a textbook: making sales calls, hiring and managing employees, meeting payroll, buying equipment and vehicles, and working directly with customers, vendors, and contractors. I've dealt with insurance, contracts, cash flow, taxes, overhead, slow months, expansion, and the weight of knowing that employees and their families depended, in part, on my decisions.

I know what it's like when business is booming. And I know what it's like when everything changes.

When Life Changed

In 2017, I went through a life-changing legal matter that was eventually dismissed. Even so, the impact on my life, family, finances, and business was significant. After years of building my company, I lost the business and much of what I had worked for.

Suddenly I wasn't thinking about expansion. I was thinking about survival, and about how to provide for my family.

It was one of the most difficult chapters of my life. But I made a decision: that chapter would not determine how my story ended.

Starting Over

I was willing to take whatever honest work I could find to provide for my family and start rebuilding. That included returning to something I already knew — private investigations.

I had been away from the industry for about 15 years, and a lot had changed. Technology, procedures, the industry itself. So I had to change too. I learned the new procedures, adapted to the technology, and went back to work.

That experience reinforced something the Marine Corps taught me years earlier:

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

Those words aren't a slogan to me. I've had to live them.

Entering Merchant Services and Payment Processing

My rebuilding journey led me into the merchant services and payment processing industry in 2020. I approached it the way I've approached everything else: learn the business, work hard, ask questions, build relationships, take care of the customer.

As I gained experience, the investigator in me started noticing things. Many business owners didn't really understand what they were paying. Statements were confusing. Fees weren't clearly explained. Owners were sold technology and pricing structures that didn't fit their operation.

That bothered me — because I had spent years sitting on their side of the table. I knew what every unnecessary expense meant to a business owner, and I knew there had to be a better approach.

Why Revelation Business Solutions & Consulting Exists

My mission is simple: reveal the truth.

The private investigator in me never fully disappeared. Today, instead of investigating a case, I sit down with business owners to review their payment processing statements, uncover what may be costing them more than necessary, and help them find clearer, better-fitting solutions.

Family Is Why Business Matters

I'm also a husband and a father of three. My family has walked beside me through success, adversity, loss, rebuilding, and victory.

They've taught me an important lesson: behind almost every small business is a family — and behind that business are employees with families of their own. That's why relationships matter to me.

Be the Victor, Not the Victim

Life doesn't always go according to plan. Neither does business. We don't always control what happens to us, but we are responsible for what we do next.

My father taught me: "No one can stop you from being the best you but you."

The Marine Corps taught me Semper Fi — Always Faithful. My faith taught me who I ultimately answer to. My family taught me why I keep going. Private investigations taught me to search for the truth. Business taught me to find solutions. Adversity taught me how to rebuild.

And Revelation gives me the chance to put all of it together to help other business owners.

Success isn't simply about what you build. It's about the people you help along the way.
